International Orders: Anything outside of the Continental USA is considered International Shipping.  To keep the transactions secure, we will only accept Paypal  for payment.  The buyer is to pay all shipping and insurance charges.

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time in most cases.  Our RPG Launchers, AT Systems Markers and other custom built products, can take 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.

Knife Laws. Knife laws vary. Please check with your local law enforcement agency for the laws in your area.

Damaged Shipments. When your product is shipped, it is complete and the packaging is in a non damaged condition. A packing slip is included with each shipment, therefore any missing parts or product are not our responsibility or the manufacturer/supplier's responsibility. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the shipping container for any damage caused during shipping. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.


Warrantee.  Warrantee fulfillment is the responsibility of the manufacturer and/or our suppliers.  Addicted to Paintball is not liable for any warrantees either expressed or implied.  We will assist the customer in any warrantee issues but the fulfillment of these warrantees is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer/suppler.

Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufactures defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products to us.


Special Order Items. There is a no return or refund policy concerning special order items.  A special order item is defined as one that is not normally carried on Addicted to Paintballs standard site or items that are not in production any longer and are still available in limited quantities.  Special Order Items include custom made markers and accessories. Custom made is defined as modifications or add-ons to the original marker as it came from the factory of origin.


Substitutions: 
Due to the ever changing nature of the paintball market, some of the advertised items may not be available at time of purchase. Addicted to Paintball reserves the right to make substitutions of equal value. We will try and contact the buyer before the substitution is made, however Addicted to Paintball reserves the right to make the substitution without contacting the buyer.

Return Merchandise Policy.  If it is deemed appropriate the following Return Policy applies.
We will only return items if they are not the correct product that the customer ordered. We reserve the right to have a no return or refund policy.  Any items to be returned MUST be unused in any way and in it's original container or box. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. For questions about returning merchandise contact our Customer Service and ask for our Return Department. The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. No returns will be authorized after 7 days from the receipt of shipment.


Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: 1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department. 2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package. 3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, unless otherwise specified, within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us, less the restocking fee.

Store Policy Changes.  Changes to store policy are immediately instituted, replace all past policies and are without prior warning.
